Priority Data

Priority Data is prioritised for faster and more consistent speeds during peak times. Once Priority Data is used up, the user is transitioned to unlimited Standard Data for the remainder of the month, which may result in lower speeds compared to Priority Data.

All priority plans include:

Equipment Options

The main differences between the Standard Kit and the High Performance Kit are centered around their design, usage environment, and performance capabilities:

Standard Kit

The Standard Kit is best suited for stationary use, such as residential or business fixed installations.

Each Standard Kit includes a dish, a Wifi router with ethernet port, a power adapter, 15m cable, designed for installation on a flat surface.

Price: 65,000 VT (+ VAT).

Standard Kit Customized

Includes accessories required for an inclined roof installation, and a 15m cable.

Price: 97,000 VT (+ VAT).

Enterprise Kit

Similar in performance to the Standard Kit, but includes flexible installation accessories suitable for inclined roofs or longer cable runs (50m).

Note: The kit does not include a Wi-Fi router!

Price: 109,000 VT (+ VAT).

High Performance Kit

The High Performance Kit is more appropriate for mobility applications, such as on vehicles or boats, due to its enhanced durability and performance capabilities in motion, increased resiliency, and better performance during inclement weather. It is also significantly more expensive, costing several times as much as the Standard Kit.

Each High-Performance Kit includes a dish, a wedge mount kit, an AC power supply and cable, a power supply mount, 25m cable, and 5m ethernet cable.

The High-Performance Kit kit does not include a router.

Price: 409,000 VT (+ VAT).

Installation

Installation is carried out by our certified Pacific Link technicians for an optimal setup and to activate our ongoing warranty and support services.

Installation Fee: 30,000 VT (+ VAT) in Port Vila and Luganville CBD.

Additional charges may apply for installations outside these areas, depending on location-specific requirements.

Once installation is complete, the system is fully commissioned, and the customer receives a thorough explanation of the service details, including troubleshooting guidance for future reference.

Financing

The Lease-to-Purchase Option is available over 18 months for a monthly fee of 24,000 VT (+ VAT), applicable to the Standard Kit Customized.

The price will be adjusted for other kits.

This includes all necessary components, equipment, installation, and the 50GB Business Priority Plan.

After the 18-month term, only the monthly service fee will apply.
